The systemic circulation connects the heart to all body parts. The pulmonary circuit connects the heart to the lungs.
The left side of the heart is associated with circulation of pure oxygenated blood to the body tissues
Blood vessels. Arteries and arterioles direct oxygenated blood to the kidneys as well as your other major organs and musculature. Then veins and venuoles push deoxygenated blood back to your heart. Oxygenated Blood leaves your Left ventricle of your heart and enters the aorta which branches into three segments, I believe it is the subcostal descending aorta which feeds the kidnesys.
They used to say your heart was the size of your clenched fist. Same as how other parts of your body measure up to different parts. hope this is what you were after cheers

When your heart stops the first victim is Your brain. You become unconscious with in few seconds. once you becomes unconscious, you can no longer in position to manage any problem. You die within three five minutes of stopping of your heart.
