I'm not sure if there is a name for that fear but there is a similar one called ponophobia which is the fear of pain; Or philophobia which is the fear of being in love or falling in love. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
I could not find an exact match to your question, but perhaps it is a combination of the three phobias below.
Anuptaphobia- Fear of staying single. Sarmassophobia- Fear of love play. (Malaxophobia)
Philophobia- Fear of falling in love or being in love.
There is no phobia for fear of being heartbroken; however, philophobia is the fear of falling in love which may occur due to a past heartbreak. Cardiophobia is a fear of the heart or heart illness, which may also apply if one is literally afraid their heart will stop working.
well in my opinion the fear of getting your heart broken is the fear of being hurt emotionaly and phisicaly both hurt as much as getting your heart broken well that's from my point of veiw now but yeah...it hurts bad but for every broken heart there is someone with glue to help fix it.
