It is called iron oxide. in a situation like this the name is the metal's name and then the name of the non-metal with the "ide" ending. this is just everyday rust that you get when reacting Fe III and O2

Fe means iron... Fe2O2 would be Ferrous oxide. Fe2O3 being Ferric oxide.

The name "Iron" comes from the Anglo-Saxon 'iren', and the symbol from the Latin 'ferrum', meaning iron.
