Between 8:30 am and 10:00pm. These are the hours I generally find in nice areas such as this. I personally won't do lawn care before 10:00am and 12:00pm ( noon). Evenings, around 7:30 pm is the latest I have ever done lawn work. As far as noise with music, I don't let it be heard outside of my house.
