Well, in WW1 due to treaty of Versailles, Germany were only allowed an army of 100,000 men! In a German platoon, I'd say around 30-70 men

if you mean the German army in ww2, there were 18 million German soldiers from 1939 to 1945.

In 1939 their was other 22 Million Soldiers in the Wehrmact army but in 1945 their was Only 2 million left.
