The water content is a matter of taste, whilst the directions suggest filling up to the fill line in the pot, some people like more water, i personally prefer a slightly less wet mix in mine. so there is no specific answer on this one as its a matter of personal taste.

1. you have to get the noodles out and the pot you r cook it in and rinse it out 2. put water in the pot and let it boil for about until it stops boiling 3. when it is finish boiling you put the noodle in the noodles in there 4. then let the the noodles cook 5. when finished cooking you drain the water out the put in thee bowl and enjoy!!
