The Roman arena, Les Arènes de Lutèce, are the oldest structure remaining in Paris. It dates from the 1st century AD. Of course, the oldest monument is the Obelisk in Place de la Concorde, but although it's 3,500 years old, it was transplanted from Egypt in 1836.
