The opposite flow of knowledge would be to teach. The opposite of learning would be the failure to learn, or to dismiss the possibility of learning.

Another opposite for learn is to unlearn, but it is not an antonym -- it means to learn a new way, not to remove knowledge. If learn is used to mean remembering information, the opposite would be to forget.
