There are a couple parts that are orange inside of crabs. If it is soft and orange, it is most likely the hepatopancreas, which filters blood impurities in the crab's body. The harder orange material that look like beads are eggs, better known as roe.
i reccomend you eat it and the best crabs you can find are in morro bay ,California look it up it is a beautiful place aslo to go on vacation but i reccomend not to swim because the climate is very cold so yea also the best hotel there is the one closest to the shore wich has a picture of two little dolphins its not expensive and it is good quality but make your reservations early because the wrst thing that can happen to you is stay with no hoteal room kk thanxs
Im' sorry to say, It their guts. If you prefer not to say guts say "crutz (crab guts)" It's also just a mix of the pinchers and all that other stuff that a crab has.

Not really, they are more of an orange color.
