Are you referring to defecate? If so then the intestines push the solid waste and expel it through the sphincter muscle, the bowel uses contractions (it looks very similar to an earth worm moving ) to squeeze the waste matter along it's length, a bit like squeezing toothpaste out of a tube.

The only thing that waste goes through after the large intestine is the rectum (which is a structure but not really an organ).

Once again, I would have to go with the liver. It uses the bile to aid in digestion. The bowel also absorbs nutrients and water then pushes the rest through to waste.
