Water can change in many ways. It can come out of the sky as rain, hail or snow. It can become a lake, ocean, river or any other form of body of water.
The most distinctive feature of the blood is that it is in liquid form. Most of the tissues in body contains water in more or less quantity. But they are not in fluid form. The color of the blood is red, unlike any other tissue. This is due to presence of hemoglobin in the blood.

Our body temperature is high then cold water so when it comes in contact with our body energy in the form of heat is transferred from body to water so it decreases our body temperature and we feel cold.
