there is no passcode for level 16 once you complete level 15 you win and how you win is you go down all the way to the bottom and then you go across and up though the crate and the yellow dot and then up and left across into the middle of both pipes and then up and across left and leave the ball there and pick up the crate and move it onto the yellow dot. then go down and become yellow. go back down the two pipes and all the way to the bottom where you pass through the yellow wall and up to the goal
