According to several sources, there is no technical term for fear of cows. However, there is a term that some have created, bovinophobia, which comes from the scientific term for cattle and other related animals, bovine.

The previous answer was b*s. Even if its something worth fearing for, there will still be a phobia for it ((or even a phobia generalizing it)). There's names of phobias for fears of horses, cows, and even pigs for example, all those animals worth fearing for, even irrationally. The fear of cats, any cats, is ailurophobia or feliniphobia.
