No; the basic answer is that some are solid rock, like the Earth and Mars, but the Outer planets are, as far as we know, simply massive balls of gas with no discernible land.

No. Some planets are made of gas like Jupiter and some are rocky like earth. All have a rocky hot solid inner core though
