A couple rent a house located in a nice place. They rent in low price.

However, the next-door neighbor, the grocer and other neighbors warn them the following day that they should not rent that house since it is robbed frequently.

The man was very angry about this thing and his wife believes that these people are trying to scare tenants away and move in themselves to rent the house for themselves or their relatives.

At night a thief breaks in to the house. When the man faced with the thief he threatened him to call police.

The thief without stopping said "please do, go to the precinct and don't forget to give them my best regards".

The tenants tied him up and reports to the police.

Then the couple learned that their house is right on the border between areas under the jurisdiction of two precincts.

But the cops of each precinct claim that only a fraction of the house is under their jurisdiction.

Moreover, the tenants learned later that there are five or six thieves who are used to robbing this house and the couple has no choice but to get along with them and accept the situation as it is because they had paid the whole years rent in advance.
