The word agendum has become almost extinct. Originally agenda was the plural of agendum, meaning 'a thing to be done'. However, it became applied to a list of things to be done, and in this, the most usual modern sense, agenda has become firmly singular (replacing agendum), with the plural agendas. The plural form of agenda is agendas.

The originally the word agendum was singular, and the word agenda was plural, but today most people use agendas for the plural form, and the word agendum is generally extinct.

Strictly speaking, the word agenda is already plural (of Latin origin, meaning '[things] to be done'). However, it is almost always used as a singular (meaning 'a list of things to be done or discussed'), and the plural is simply agendas. Anything else would risk being seen as pretentious.
