In Gateway of Tally screen Click "Cmp Info" Tab or Alt+F3 Key. Then Company Info screen appears. click Backup or B Key. Then Backup screen appears. Then you can backup on floppy or change the address to any hard disk directory address.

02. In the Gateway of Tally, there are more options, Select, create, Alter, then Backup and Restore.
03. Select Backup.
