∙ 12y agoPotatoes are, of course, one of the most familiar vegetables in the world, and have a rather bland but pleasant taste. Leeks are not as well known. For those of you who have not eaten them, they have a flavor that is remarkably similar to that of onion. I personally would describe it as superior to onion. So potato and leek is a very lovely flavor.
