First have your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Bring your left foot in while bending your left leg, then bring your left leg out again. Repeat that with your right leg. Then repeat twice with you left leg, then once with your right. While you are doing this you should be swaying your body forward and back like you are a snake. Bring the right arm up. Bend your elbows and put your hand in a fist. Your right hand is by your heart and then bring it down so it goes to your left side, then move it to the right side of the hip with a scooping movement. Do this with your left hand and keep repeating. You can occasionally add in other movements such as plucking your collar and smoothing your hair down!
