Thyllacine, the "marsupial wolf" was hunted into extinction, as was the passenger pigeon and probably the moa.

Competition for resources can drive species into extinction.

Disease and predators also take their toll.

Insecticides like DDT weaken bird egg shells so that fewer of them hatch.

Loss of habitat is yet another factor.

Like The Dinasour It Became Extinct Not Only Because Of Human Hunters, Also Because The Dinasours Were Growing Very Old And Soon Each One Died And That Is Why You Mostly Find Fossils Of Dinasours Under Piles Of Earth. They are loosing their enviroment due to pollution and food sources and the cutting down of trees. There are also people who illegally hunt them even though there are only a few left. many ways... an animals biome can be affected in the way that it can die, humans can over hunt and spread pollutants throughout an animals habitat, it can very rarely be because of other animals, but on extremely slight occasions. It can also be because of climate change and what is called habitat change. This is where over thousands of years specific animals naturally lose their habitat, and then slowly die of starvation or lack of habitat, like the spinosaurus. It is CRAZY how many things and changes made to earth can impact the animal kingdom so much!
