A souvenir -- namely the baseball you caught. In most cases, the only "prize" you earn is the ball that is hit into the stands and you caught. But in cases where the ball has a significance -- like a milestone home run - there is immediate value on the ball. You could sell it or auction it for money.

There is no "meaning" that you speak of. Catching the ball is just an action that requires your hands placing a grip on the ball. The sole purpose is to receive the ball from another player.

Soft ball is so humdrum because there is no point in catching the ball.

User Avatar

catching the bowling ball will be the safest because in order for the KE to be the same the speed of the bowling ball must be less in order to even out the equations.

User Avatar

Pulling the hand backwards reduces the difference in speed between the ball and the hand catching/stopping the ball. This reduces the impact force of the ball on the hand, reducing the possibility of injury.

Crowd Leaving Athletic Base Ball Grounds - 1903 was released on: USA: January 1903

User Avatar

It is essentially an out. If it is a fly ball the player catching it receives a put out. If a ground ball and the player throws the ball to first, the player throwing receives an assist and the player catching and tagging the base before the runner receives the put out.

Master ball is usually the best ball for catching legendary Pokemon ( because it never fails, ) but this answer usually doesn't matter. if you don't have a master ball, go with your instinct's. the second best pokeball for catching legendary Pokemon would be the ultra ball.

User Avatar

I would get a lot of ultra balls. have it parlized or asleep (will make it catching easier)
