She overlooks and organzies national ceremonies, does charity work, and is still the main figure of the nation (she represents England in events like a meeting with the US President or Prime Minister of some country.)the queen is a modern lady that like to live for her country to help others and receive help from others.

∙ 9y agoThere hasn't been a queen of solely England since 1603 when Queen Elizabeth 1 died. Queen Elizabeth II is queen of the United Kingdom (which includes England). She is also queen of Australia, Canada, New Zealand and various other countries and territories. She is a Constitutional Monarch which means that she has very limited power and her role is mainly ceremonial.
