The brown or grizzly bear often becomes a confirmed maneater, but black bears seem to attack more often, because there are many more black bears than browns.

the bear was vicious
as with all mammals they all have a mood receptor that guides them through each situation so when the need to be vicious comes they can be vicious but they can be very docile. pandas are in fact very timid and avoid most contact with other life. pandas are no more vicious than pitbulls but when the need arise you might want to steer clear because they can get very rough.
Kind of, sort of. They are the largest species of bear in the world, for sure, but as far as being "stronger and more vicious" that depends on your point of view. Polar bears are just as dangerous as any other bear, and probably are a little stronger than most other bears.
"Vicious" doesn't have a comparative and superlative form. Instead, you would say "more vicious" or "most vicious."
yes it cannot

In my opinion there isn't a most vicious dog, but from what background it comes from or from how it is brought up, or being treated badly. I have seen myself some vicious dogs and they come from bad background.

The most vicious cat out there is the Indian Tiger. They have it in their nature and are always out on the hunt! They are large cats so they need to feed themselves a lot. Many people think lions are the most vicious cats around, when that's not true at all. For I assure you the most vicious cat is definitely the tiger!
The word vicious is an adjective, a word that describes a noun as deliberately cruel or violent:a vicious attack, vicious gossip, a vicious criminal, etc.
