Well personally I think that it would make sense for a child to start high school at the age of 12-13 yrs. I think this because if you are born in 1998 you should have graduated from primary yr 7 and moved on to high school and then when you are in yr 8 you will have just turned 13. I also think that you are too young for high school if you turn 13in the start of year 9 or the middle of yr 9.
(All the above is not a fact, it is my opinion, which could possibly be a fact with out me knowing it)
:)
There is no child support after a child turns 18 in Texas, unless the child has not graduated high school.
Generally, the obligation ends when the child reaches 18 years of age unless the child is still in high school - in which case the support ends upon the child's graduation from high school, or the child's 19th birthday, whichever occurs first. Regardless of whether or not your child graduates high school in PA, once he/she reaches the age of 18, child support is absolved.
it is usually until age 18 or high school graduation. If the child is 18 and still in high school then it's until 19.
The duty to pay child support stops at age 18 except when the child has not yet finished high school, and in that case it will continue until the child completes high school, but not past age the child's 20 th birthday.
If child turn 18 yrs of age, but doesnt finish school till age 19 due to was put back a 1yr in school, due you still pay child support when child turn 18?
Betsy Ross did not go to high school. She was apprenticed as a child to an upholsterer. She married at age 17.
No they don't because the child is over age
Age 18 or end of high school
No he's just a loser adult.
Child support continues as long as the child is still a dependent; this includes school and university, regardless of age.
In Texas, when the child graduates from High School. So if you have more then one child, when the last child that you have graduates from High School is when the child support payments will end for you. If the child is not in school for whatever reason it is the age of 18 years old.
