What is the setting of Ender's Game?

First it is set on Earth, then Ender goes out to to Battle School in the Belt. After that he goes back to Earth, then back to battle school, then on to Command School on Eros. Later, he leaves for the bugger planet.

Orson Scott Card did not set a year for Ender's Game. Although a date was mentioned once. Ender is on earth after battle school, where he sees Valentine again. It mentioned that the house he was at had no computers execpt for the 100 year old relics used to control the lighting and security.
