It changes for every player, and every try (reset). Any window could be any of the four colors. But there are two ways to easily solve it.
-- Fastest solution (max 4 levels)
Level 1 - Leave all four windows blue and test
Level 2 - Change all the windows that were wrong (no green light) to yellow, and test
Level 3 - Change all the correct windows to blue or yellow, and the rest to purple, and test
Level 4 - Change all the correct windows to blue, yellow, or purple, and any others must be orange.
-- Easiest solution (usually 4 levels)
