55
In normal Conditions, if the speed limit is 65, it is generally 50. If the speed limit is 55, then the minimum is 40. In Ky the minimum is 45 mph on any parkway or interstate.
The slowest I've ever seen was 5 MPH, but this was on private property.
The speed limit of 80 mph is the fastest that vehicles are allowed to go. So 60 mph would be normal for trucks.
45 mph
"The maximum speed limit on the freeway is 70mph."
70 mph. But the turnpikes are 75 mph.
The same as it is for any other vehicle.
The highest speed limit I know of on an Interstate highway in the U.S. is 75 MPH, but that varies.
The Central Limit Theorem (CLT) says no such thing! In fact, it states the exact opposite. The CLT sets out the conditions under which you may use the normal distribution as an approximation to determine the probabilities of a variable X. If those conditions are not met then it is NOT OK to use the normal distribution.
Not if it is above the posted limit.
A speeding ticket in California for going 86 mph on the freeway in a 65 mph speed limit varies from $180-$200. The fine can be reduced by going to a drivers training class by $30.
The speed limit is the top speed that is legally allowed. If it is exceeded, you are breaking the law.
