There is no special name for the speed of sound at sea level, because the sea level and every other air pressure high up in the mountain has nothing to do with the speed of sound. Scroll down to related links and look at "Speed of sound - temperature matters, not air pressure".
There is no special name for it.

By the way, the speed of sound has nothing to do with the sea level.

The speed of sound has much to do with the temperature.

At 20° Celsius the speed of sound is 343 m/s.

Well, if you wanted to sound more scholarly, you could call it "propagation velocity",

but there's nothing wrong at all with calling it "speed of the wave".

What is the speed at which a wave travels through water or other medium called?

The speed at which a wave travels through water or another medium is called the wave speed. It is determined by the properties of the medium, such as its density and elasticity.

The speed at which a wave travels through a medium is called?

The Speed At Which Wave Travels Is Known As Wave Velocity. It Is Denoted As 'v' which Equals The Product Of Its Frequency And Wavelength.

It's called refraction.

What is it called when wave changes directions when its speed changes?

It's called refraction.

What is the rate at which a wave travels?

The rate at which a wave travels is called its speed. This speed depends on the medium through which the wave is moving - for example, sound waves travel faster in water than in air. The speed of a wave is typically measured in meters per second.

The speed at which a wave travels through a medium is called what?

The speed at which a wave travels through a medium is called the wave speed or wave velocity. It is determined by the properties of the medium, such as its density and elasticity, and is independent of the wavelength and frequency of the wave.

How does the speed of a photon compare with the speed of an electromagnetic wave?

The speed of a photon is the same as the speed of light, which is approximately 299,792 kilometers per second in a vacuum. An electromagnetic wave consists of photons moving at this speed in synchronization, so both the photon and the wave travel at the same speed.

What kind of wave is speed?

Speed is not a wave.
