The correct sequence is
ROM->BIOS->RAM->Cache
Stored in EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory) is the BIOS of the computer. This is memory that does not loose it's instructions when power is removed. The BIOS contains the instructions (small programs) that let the computer start, then turn operation over to the operation system (Lenux, Windows, etc.)
Currently (2012) the BIOS is being replaced by the more sophisticated EFI (Extensible Firmware Interface) in some new computers.

Lots of them , the most common is USB.
Byte chip? disk?
Yes, with a small disclaimer. A micro computer, also known as a computer chip or chip is tiny, generally smaller than your finger. The memory available here is contained inside the chip. Size generally around kilo Bytes to mega Bytes. A mini computer is big. It is like a personal computer on steroids but still not as good a super computer. When referring to the memory here we usually think of separate memory modules, just like what you have in your home computer. Size generally from Giga Bytes and up. A mini computer does however consist of chips and this is where my disclaimer comes in. Chips interface external memory (which is also built of chips..) and the only limit here depends on how much the chip can address. Forgive my sloppiness and note that a micro computer chip is quite different from a memory chip, as the memory chip mainly stores and trancieves data while the micro computer can also execute a man made program...
a big memory chip. which is expensive
The chip which holds software that is used to start the computer is the BIOS. The type of chip may be ROM, EEPROM, or NVRAM.
It has an ECU which contains memory chips.
Transistor.
no
The largest memory in one chip is 4 GB
yea you can download it on romulation.net and save it to your computer. Then have an R4i chip, which will be the game you insert in the dsi, but you will save the downloaded game on a memory stick from your computer. The memory stick will be inserted in the R4i chip. Hope it helps
