It is kind of complicated... there are slightly different ones for different parts of the song. Go on YouTube and just type in "how to play hero by sterling knight on guitar". rockrizzo345 has a good video. But there are a few other ones too. Hope it helps! (it sounds really cool once you get it down) :)
The strumming pattern for "Hero" by Sterling Knight is Down, Down, Up, Up, Down, Up. This pattern is repeated throughout most of the song. Remember to listen to the song for the timing and feel of the strumming.
I think the strumming pattern for most of it is down, down, down, down, up, up down, down, up. Hope this helped!

Yes, Sterling Knight performed the song "Hero" in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Starstruck." He also released a studio version of the song as part of the movie's soundtrack.

When you push the white bar on the body of the guitar up or down. Each move is called a strum and on Guitar Hero guitar, each strum is accompanied by a "click" sound. Sadly there is no click sound when strumming on a Rock Band guitar.
no one he isActually, Sterling just sings "Starstruck" main vocals. Drew Ryan Scott sang "Hero", "What You Mean To Me", "Shades", etc. He also sang the backgrounds for Sterling in "Starstruck".This was because Sterling was called in too late in filming production (he replaced Cody Linley for an unknown reason), so Sterling didn't have enough time to memorize the songs and his scripts, not to mention record the songs as well. So, Drew was hired as his voice double. He is also recognized in the credits.
HOPO - Hammer Ons and Pull Offs They are notes that you can play without strumming. Sources: My own experience with Guitar Hero.
