In the first situation, the speaker is angry with his friend, but due to the fact that he's a friend, the speaker confronts him about his feelings and they work out their differences and the negative feelings vanish. In the second scenario however, the speaker feels anger towards his enemy and this time, unlike the first situation, the speaker bottles his feelings up and does not express his emotions freely. This therefore turns into hatred that gradually builds up until it manifests into an apple; something that may look beautiful and harmless on the outside, but poisonous and full of venom on the inside (Adam and Eve).

A person can never make a tree because he/she is not God. Only God has the power to create a perfect natural form like a tree.
