As the surrounding/ambient temperature increases, the temp of air entering the air compressor increases which means that the it's specific volume of air increases. Since the work of compressor = delta pressure x specific volume of air, then as the specific volume of air increases the work input of compressor increases and this is a problem because the total out put power of the turbine = work of the turbine - work of the compressor, so as the work of compressor increases, the total out put work of the gas turbine decreases.
And that's why the efficiency of gas turbine is better in winter than in summer.
The mercury is at ambient temperature.
SATP- Standard Ambient Temperature and Pressure Temperature: 25 degrees celsius Pressure: 101.32 kPa
Almost all chemical processes slow down at lower temperatures. Biological processes are even more so affected by ambient temperature.
Assuming you're talking centigrade here... No, if the ambient temperature is lower then the ice will be colder too. It can't be more than zero degrees though, because then it will melt.
For oxygen to be a liqud it has to be extremly cold and to be a liquid it has to be even colder. Room temp is quite hot. If you want more information have a look at wikipedia.
this is a generic fault code which stands for, ambient air temperature sensor range/performance.
What is the ambient temperature of the water?
Trouble code P0071 means: Ambient air temperature sensor range/performance problem
Trouble code P0071 means: Ambient air temperature sensor range/performance problem
P0071=Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Range/Performance. There is a temp sensor in the fresh air intake that monitors the ambient air temp coming into the engine. Check to see if it is disconnected. On this van, the ambient temperature sensor is located in front of the bottom of the ac condenser.
Ambient temperature.
It is the ambient temperature.
Ambient temperature simply means "the temperature of the surroundings" and will be the same as room temperature indoors..........Harshal P. Pawar
ambient air temperature is the temperature of your surrounding air. if you stand outside with a thermometer, and it reads 64 degrees, that is ambient temperature.
These salts have the ambient temperature.
Simply put, ambient temperature is the temperature that surrounds a point of interest. It is the average temperature in the area of focus. For instance, if we were inside an industrial complex and we were examining the ambient temperature of a large room we would have to consider what is contributing to that temperature. Is the large room empty or is there machinery or people that are generating heat in that area? All the sources of heat and cool would average out in that area and that temperature would be the ambient temperature. Room temperature is comfortable to live in and is generally determined to be around 20 to 25 degrees Celsius (68 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit). The ambient temperature of a house (inside) that is at room temperature would be the same (20 degrees Celsius), but the ambient temperature outside on a winters day would be much cooler than room temperature, maybe even freezing. The temperature given on the news or at a location is the ambient temperature for that area.
Ambient temperature in the Philippines ranges from 30 to 40 degrees Celsius all year round.
