Albedo is the term used to measure the reflectivity of an object.

However, be careful how you use the value. It has two components: Specular, which is mirror-like in its reflection, such as from sunlight striking the surface of a body of water at an acute angle; and diffuse, basically surface absorption and re-radiation in all directions, typically the largest component of the energy reflected from sunlight striking cloud cover.
