Noah is trying to help his dad find proof showing his dad was not wrong about Dusty throwing human waist in the sea water. But, nobody believes Noah and his dad, and they never see Dusty dumping waist into the sea water. So Noah and his sister take Rado's Dingy out and Noah sneaks aboard the coral queen and begins "operation royal flush." and it all goes downhill for Dusty Muleman from there.
