In Biology, evolution is change in the genetic material of a population of organisms from one generation to the next. Though the changes produced in any one generation are small, differences accumulate with each generation and can, over time, cause substantial changes in the organisms. This process can culminate in the emergence of new species. Indeed, the similarities between organisms suggest that all known species are descended from a common ancestor (or ancestral gene pool) through this process of gradual divergence.

What is the concept of God that says there is one God who does not involve himself in his creation is?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but I think you are referring to theistic evolution. This states that God created matter and then left it to evolution to finish.

Can Evolution proceed even if there is no genetic variability?

Not biological evolution in the standard sense. No variation, genetic variability, and there is nothing for natural selection to select from.

How is evolution taking place in antibiotic and bacteria?

This may not be the answer you're looking for exactly, but evolution doesn't exist. Maybe the organisms have changed slightly over time (natural selection) but they did not completely evolve. God created them as they are.

Why is evolution reffered to as a theory?

I don't exactly know why evolutionists refer to it as a theory, but I do know this. A theory is an explanation or model based on observation, experimentation, and reasoning. According to the definition of a theory, evolution is not a theory. Evolution cannot be based on observation. No one was here to observe it. So evolution should be classified as a hypothesis not a theory. It is only a guess as to how things came about.

Responding to someone that states he or she does not believe in biological evolution because it is a theory?

The best way to respond to this is to explain that there is the fact of evolution and the theory of evolution. Evolution is defined as genetic change within a population. This is an easily observable fact both in nature and the laboratory. The theory of evolution is an explanation for the diversity of life on earth based on the observable facts that evolution does indeed occur. It is exactly the same situation with gravity. Gravity is a fact, an easily observed physical phenomenon. But there is also a Theory of Gravitation, an explanation for the phenomenon itself and how it works. That there is a theory for both evolution and gravity does not mean the facts of evolution and gravity are any less true.

How much natural selection leads to evolution?

All natural selection results in evolution. But natural selection is not necessarily the only mechanism leading to evolution. There are processes at work on a molecular level, such as intragenomic conflict-type processes, that also result in differential reproductive success, but aren't exactly related to the kind of processes Darwin first described.

How have you gathered so much information about the different stages in the evolution of the horse?

People have gathered extensive information on horse evolution due to the discovery of some many variations of the horse skeleton. The skeleton will tell Archaeologists and scientists almost exactly what the animal was like.
