Rocephin 250 mg injection is the first-choice treatment for gonorrhea. Cipro, Suprax, and Floxin are no longer considered reliable treatments. Azithromycin 2g orally in a single dose may be used, but the risk of vomiting is high.
Certain strains of the gonorrhea bacteria have become increasingly resistant to some antibiotics, including quinolones, penicillin, tetracycline. There a lot of drugs to treat gonorrhea, for example, doxycycline hyclate oral, doxycycline oral or Doryx oral, but it requires one to be advised by the doctor.
The usual treatment for the medical condition of Gonorrhea is a drug called 'Ceftriaxone' as many strains have developed immunity to previous treatments.
Syphilis is easy to cure in its early stages. A single intramuscular injection of penicillin, an antibiotic, will cure a person who has had syphilis for less than a year. Additional doses are needed to treat someone who has had syphilis for longer than a year. For people who are allergic to penicillin, other antibiotics are available to treat syphilis. There are no home remedies or over-the-counter drugs that will cure syphilis. Treatment will kill the syphilis bacterium and prevent further damage, but it will not repair damage already done.
If you are allergic to penicillin, options include penicillin "desensitization" (kind of like allergy shots), or you can take doxycycline, erythromycin or ceftriaxone. You may become minorly ill 24 hours after the first dose as this is due to the syphilis organisms bursting and causing an inflammatory response. This is not usually serious.

This led to unnecessary suffering and death among the participants, violating their right to autonomy, beneficence, and justice.
