3. density of steel varies a little but 7850 kg/m3 should be good
4. volume equals PI*R^2*L = 3.14*0.008m^2*1= 0.00020096 m3
5. weight equals density * volume = 0.00020096 * 7850 = 1.577536 kg/m

then divide by 162.163,
