The value would depend upon the denomination and the condition of the coin.
The 1969-S dime is a Proof coin, that's why it has higher value.
About $15. Certified graded coin have a higher value.
The coin is still found in circulation and only face value.
There are a number of factors that go into determining what a coin is worth. The value of a 1917 one cent Lincoln coin is worth $18. If it is a 1917 D it is worth $90, and a 1917 S is worth $130.
It will have no added value, unless it is a GEM uncirculated coin (worth about 25 cents), or a proof coin (worth about 50 cents).

July 17, 2009 The US Mint did not issue a gold 1969 penny. Copper does tarnish and can appear as a golden hue. A circulated copper 1969 Lincoln Cent has little value above the value of the copper it is made from. In Uncirculated grades, it fairs a little better as shown in the chart below. The mintmark for this coin is located under the date. A letter "D" indicates the coin was minted in Denver. A letter "S" indicates the coin was minted in San Francisco. If there is no letter under the date that indicates the coin was minted in Philadelphia and is shown as 1969-P. Uncirculated Grades..1969-P....1969-D....1969-S MS63...........................$6...........$6...........$7 MS64...........................$12.........$12.........$12 MS65...........................$15.........$17.........$20 There is rare error in the 1969 cent known as the 'double die obverse'. In MS63 its value ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 depending upon the actual condition of the coin.
It's still worth 1 cent, other than that take any offer you get. The hole kills any collectible value the coin had but some people do collect this stuff.
No U.S. One Cent coin will have a "P" mintmark only a "D" or "S."
There can't be such a coin because "S" is the mint mark, indicating the coin was made in San Francisco.San Francisco struck cents for circulation from 1968 to 1974 so a 1971-S cent is a regular issue. Unless it's in brand-new condition it has no extra value.
The "S" mintmark denotes this coin as a Proof coin. Unless it has been handled correctly it's only one cent. The Mint does not sell single one cent proof coins. If the coin is still in collectible condition, the value is about $2.00.
The coin is still in circulation and only face value.
