In average condition, about $275 - unless it has a "CC" mint mark on the back. In that case it's worth between $500 and $1000 depending on how much wear it has.

Bills have never been minted. Coins are minted, bills are printed. The first federally issued $1000 bills appeared in 1862, during the Civil War, when the government started to standardize currency.
I think it depends how many of the coins were minted, the materials it was made of, and the coins original use. Anywhere from 10 to even 1000 years.
