If you are referring to a U.S. cent (usually called a penny) there is no such coin. The United States didn't even exist in 1700.
If you're referring to a British penny with that date it should have picture of King William III on the reverse. As of 05/2009 this coin might retail for around US$12 in moderately worn condition.
