I believe what you have is commemorative coin dated 1884-1984 and minted by a private mint for commercial purposes. I have seen one of these recently priced at $75.00 but keep in mind this was their asking price and other examples of this coin may be more or less. Coins of this sort always have a value of the metals used to produce them plus whatever a person may be willing to pay to own it. Today the silver in this coin is worth about $35.
