Two varieties of $5 bill were issued in 1914. Both are Federal Reserve Notes but they didn't use the same green printing we're familiar with because that hadn't become standard at the time.
If your bill has blue printing, auction prices as of 07/2010 are in the range $40.-$70 for a circulated bill and over $100 for an uncirculated one.
If it has red printing, those prices are considerably higher: $200.-$325 circulated and $1200 or more if uncirculated.
If it has a blue seal, retail is $40 to $70 in circulated condition, about $100 if uncirculated.
If it has a red seal, $200 to $300 if circulated, $1200 uncirculated.
All 1914 $20 Federal Reserve Notes carry a portrait of Grover Cleveland, but there are two different varieties of bill from that series. Please see the question "What is the value of a 1914 US 20 dollar bill?" for more-detailed information.
