I recommend that you go to eBay and look up the Coins category, and try to find some more Canadian cents being auctioned there. I have seen some recently, and you may possibly be able to get one or two dollars for it. They are not highly unusual, and they are not highly collectible. They are on a par with our American copper pennies.
