Special dimes were struck at the West Point Mint to honor the Roosevelt dime's 50th anniversary in 1996. They were only issued in collectors' sets and have the distinction of being the only circulation-design coins to carry the W mint mark(*).
Numismedia lists the following approximate retail values as of 03/2010:
Almost no wear - $4.10
Uncirculated - $9.20 to $96.25 depending on quality
(*) The West Point Mint does occasionally strike cents when demand is high, but they're made without a mint mark and are indistinguishable from Philadelphia cents.
