If anyone is still looking for that 22 mag cylinder for a RG model 66 revolver I have one. I am willing to trade it for the 22 LR cylinder. I have two of the mag cylinders and want the 22 LR one for a cheaper way to just have fun with the gun. I have an extra 22 LR cylinder, will trade....taurush@suddenlink.net

Couple of possible reasons- your ammo is a different caliber than the revolver (22 Long Rifle will not fit in a .22 short revolver, nor will .22 Magnum fit in .22 LR) or the cylinder is partially blocked by fouling, rust, etc. Frankly, the RG revolvers are generally of very low quality, I would check the caliber of ammo, clean the cylinder well- and if that does not fix it, I would move on. Value of these is typically lower than an hour of gunsmith time.
Inexpensive revolver made in Germany
While the value of any firearm depends on its condition, the RG revolvers were very inexpensive firearms when new, and are typically worth $50-75 US.
