It's a replica, not a real coin. All genuine cents made since 1858 are the same size, 19 mm in diameter.
1877 is one of the most valuable Indian Head dates, which is why some companies make replicas. They're a different size so that the manufacturers can't be accused of trying to deceive anyone.
Whatever they charged for it in the gift catalog or novelty shop - probably 4 or 5 bucks. I have one in my office that I use as a coaster.
