The best place to get a Hohner guitar appraised would be at a local music store that specializes in selling instruments. They would be able to advise on where and how to get it appraised.
about 400 bucks
I have #13916 and don't know if it is genuine
It seems that the Arbour Series LW400N Hohner Acoustic Guitar was made for the UK market, they stopped that particular model in 1985 so could date from 1980 to 1985, I have one and at this date ( 25 June 2014 ) it is about 29 years old or maybe slightly older, and still sounds and looks great!
