It would be an extraordinary coin because:
> The first Morgan dollars were made in 1878
> The U.S. didn't make any kind of silver dollars for circulation from 1804 to 1835 inclusive.
The market has been flooded with counterfeits, some very good and some laughably bad, with impossible dates and designs. If your coin really looks like a Morgan dollar and is dated 1822 it's a fake.
If it's something else, please check again and post a new question.
Sorry, no US dollar coins exist dated 1822
The U.S. did not strike any dollars between 1805 and 1835 inclusive. If you have a dollar coin with the date 1822 on it, it is counterfeit. If you mean 1922, see the price list at http://www.numismedia.com/fmv/prices/peadlr/pricesgd.shtml for exampleSorry, no US dollar coins were struck dated 1822
You'll need to be much more specific. Please post a new question with its denomination and country of origin.
It would depend on the condition, among other things - anywhere from about US$100 to several thousand dollars.

Please check your coin. Queen Victoria was three years old in 1822 and did not become Queen until 1837.
Such a coin does not exist. The Royal Mint produced no British Pennies minted from 1809 to 1824 inclusive. There was no Maundy Penny produced in 1821. Due to Britains ongoing expenses with various wars in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, there were very few silver or copper coins minted, subsequently there were a great many privately minted tokens and counterfeit coins produced. You may have a token.
