It may be worth about .10 with heavy wear to around .40 with moderate wear to maybe $1 with light wear. You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
£260.000
five cents
Italian East Africa was created in 1936.
The value of this coin varies based on quality. An coin of average circulation is worth about two dollars. A well preserved coin is worth approximately five dollars. A completely uncirculated coin can be worth as much as forty dollars.
1 dollar
it is a fake coin and has no value
The value of a coin depends on the year, the condition, the number in circulation, and where it was minted. I would check eBay for comparable coin prices.
There is no 1953 Queen Elizabeth coin. Minting started in 1954.
Edward the Eighth, who served as King for less than a year, had his name (although not his portrait) on only the 5 Cents and 10 Cents coins from East Africa. The value of the 5 Cent Coin is perhaps a dollar or two in nice circulated condition and US$5.00 or so in Uncirculated condition, with Proof examples running at about US$150. The value of the 10 Cents coin is similar, although without a mintmark (an "H" or "KN") the range would be about $3-6 and $25 or so (and $150-$300 in Proof). A rare example of the the 10 Cents coin exists in Copper-Nickel (almost all are bronze) and would be quite valuable.
