First appearance of Mickey Mouse.
"Steamboat Willie" is not the first appearance of Mickey Mouse as publicly known as. It is actually the third Mickey Mouse cartoon behind "The Gallopin' Guacho" and "Plane Crazy" respectively, but the first cartoon with synchronized sound which gives the value of "Steamboat Willie".
The movie has been in constant release since 1967. Unless there was something significant about your copy (autographed jacket, unusual format, etc) and collector value would be minimal. Your best bet would be to put it up for auction to get an idea of it's value.
A 1st edition of the Jungle Book, in perfect condition, could bring as much as $10,000.00 USD at auction.
